VISITOR ENTRIES ARE FREE. WHY?

We aimed to build an event that’s a throwback to a classic 2010’s car meet. No paid entries provided you don’t take the event and team for granted.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

You will be immediately removed from the event and banned any future entry for violating these instructions:

  • This is a high security venue, guns or weapons of any kind are restricted.
  • No Drugs/Alcohol is permitted inside the venue.
  • No stunts/nuisance of any kind will be tolerated.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

These are made to ensure a smooth event for everyone :

  • Please be courteous to fellow visitors, drivers and most importantly the team and volunteers.
  • Please don’t touch the display vehicles or attempt to sit inside the locked vehicles.
  • Read the FAQ after you submit the form.

VENUE FAQ

How do I get to the venue?

The venue map is located under this section, it’s called GNH Convention, Sohna Road. The nearest metro station is Huda City Center.

Can visitors enter from any gate?

  • Visitor entry is only through gate-2 if you are coming by car, our valet will park your car and ensure safety of the vehicle. Please be careful of your belongings as the team is not responsible for them.
  • Visitors entering the venue on foot/cab can enter from gate-1.

Do I need an entry pass?

You don’t need an entry pass, visitor registration is confirmed after submitting the form. However, you will be issued an entry band, please have that on your wrist at all times.

Will I get an entry band?

You will be issued an entry wrist band by our team on the gate you are entering from, you will need to have that on your wrist visible at all times.

Registration FAQ

Is my entry pre-confirmed?

Once you submit the form, your entry is registered on our device and can be cross checked on the venue, please use a real mobile number and email for the same.

Are the entries limited?

The entries are limited as per venue limits, we urge you to fill the form in advance as it can be closed at anytime the limits cross.

Do I need an entry band if I am a copassenger?

Yes, copassengers with drivers who have their vehicles on display also need a registration and entry band at the entry gate.

Can I use my email for my friends?

Absolutely not, every person needs a seperate unique registration.
